At the Good House Cleaning Institute, we evaluate tech items from water resistant speakers to gas leak detectors. To evaluate solar charges, we take them to our basic light room and time how long it requires to fully charge each unit. Then, we see how long it requires to charge various gadgets over 400 hours of battery draining pipes over our newest testing.
